Classic Northern Circuit Safari – 5 Days

Day 1: Arrival in Arusha
On your first day, arrive in Arusha where you’ll be greeted at the airport and transferred to your hotel. After settling in, you’ll have a pre-safari briefing to prepare for your adventure before relaxing for the evening.

Day 2: Tarangire National Park
You will depart early for Tarangire National Park. This full-day game drive will introduce you to some of the park’s iconic wildlife, including large elephant herds, baobab trees, and predators such as lions and leopards. You will end the day at a comfortable campsite or lodge just outside the park.

Day 3: Serengeti National Park
The third day takes you to the world-famous Serengeti National Park. You’ll journey through the scenic Ngorongoro Conservation Area, stopping along the way to take in the views, before continuing into the endless plains of the Serengeti. An afternoon game drive will allow you to spot giraffes, lions, and herds of wildebeest. You’ll spend the night deep in the heart of the park.

Day 4: Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater
On the fourth day, begin with an early morning game drive in Serengeti, where the best chances of seeing predators in action occur. Later in the day, you’ll leave Serengeti and head towards the Ngorongoro Crater, where you’ll stay at a lodge on the crater rim, overlooking the spectacular views.

Day 5: Ngorongoro Crater and Departure
Your final day will take you down into the Ngorongoro Crater, a haven for wildlife and one of Africa’s premier safari destinations. You’ll enjoy a half-day game drive, spotting rhinos, elephants, and flamingos before returning to Arusha in the evening for your onward journey or departure.
