Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival in Nairobi
- Arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport.
- Overnight in Nairobi.
Day 2: Transfer to Samburu National Reserve
- Drive to Samburu, passing through scenic landscapes of Kenya’s northern frontier.
- Afternoon game drive to spot unique species such as Grevy’s zebras, reticulated giraffes, and Somali ostriches.
- Overnight at a lodge in Samburu.
Day 3: Full Day in Samburu
- Morning and afternoon game drives to explore the arid, rugged landscapes and spot Samburu’s special “Big Five.”
- Optional visit to a Samburu village for a cultural experience.
- Overnight in Samburu.
Day 4: Transfer to Ol Pejeta Conservancy
- Morning drive to Ol Pejeta, a private conservancy home to the last northern white rhinos.
- Afternoon game drive to spot the Big Five, including rhinos.
- Visit the chimpanzee sanctuary.
- Overnight at Ol Pejeta.
Day 5: Return to Nairobi and Departure
- Morning game drive, then transfer back to Nairobi.
