Tanzania Mid-Range Adventure – 5 Days

Day 1: Arrival in Arusha

Upon arrival in Arusha, you’ll be greeted and transferred to a mid-range hotel for your first night. Enjoy a peaceful evening, resting up for your upcoming adventure.

Day 2: Arusha to Serengeti National Park

Leave Arusha in the morning and drive towards the Serengeti, one of the most famous wildlife destinations in the world. En route, stop at the Olduvai Gorge, a renowned archaeological site. After arrival in the Serengeti, go on an afternoon game drive before settling in at your tented camp, which provides spacious tents with private bathrooms and stunning views of the surrounding savannah.

Day 3: Full Day in Serengeti National Park

Spend the entire day exploring the Serengeti on game drives, with a break for a picnic lunch in the wild. Depending on the season, you may witness the annual Great Migration. Return to your comfortable camp in the evening for dinner and relaxation.

Day 4: Serengeti to Ngorongoro Crater

After a morning game drive, depart the Serengeti and head to the Ngorongoro Crater. Your accommodation will be in a mid-range lodge on the crater’s rim, offering stunning views and comfortable rooms. Enjoy dinner with views of the surrounding highlands before resting for the night.

Day 5: Ngorongoro Crater and Return to Arusha

Early in the morning, descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for a half-day game drive. This wildlife-rich caldera is home to lions, elephants, buffalo, and the endangered black rhino. After a picnic lunch in the crater, head back to Arusha in the afternoon, marking the end of your safari adventure.
